Bar Clara is delighted to host Australian whisky makers Corowa Distilling Co. for a one night only whisky and cheese masterclass.
Corowa's head distiller will take us through the labour of love that is the whisky making process from grain selection to new-make and on to the effect of barrel choice in aging. Alongside will be a guided tasting of four of Corowa's unique barrel expressions.
Each of these whiskies has been tasted by our friends at The Beer and Cheese Theory and a carefully curated cheese pairing has been selected.
Finally, an extremely limited edition fifth tasting will be provided with a surprisingly savoury accompaniment.
